Hello there! I'm Alea!

Through my experience straddling the worlds of art and engineering, I learned how to cooperate with all kinds of people. I am able to communicate with engineers on highly technical topics and am also comfortable presenting ideas in a design review. I discovered a passion for bringing people together around a common goal, and leading them to its fruition. Every person has a unique perspective that is informed by their education, personality, and life experiences, and I want to lead these people through the creative process so that their voices are heard. I seek to bridge the gap between people of diverse backgrounds and fields to create inclusive and innovative products that improve lives.
