Hello there! I'm Alea!

Through my experience straddling the worlds of design and engineering, from undergrad, through my job as a UX Researcher at EA, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with all kinds of people. I have honed my skills at communicating about highly technical topics with engineers and presenting research findings at an executive level. I love leading teams through the creative process, making sure every voice is heard, and turning big ideas into something real and impactful.

What excites me most is building tools and experiences that make life better and more inclusive. Whether I’m exploring new AI capabilities or running a design workshop, I’m always looking for ways to bridge the gap between disciplines and create space for diverse perspectives to shine.
